T&B Fleet Services was founded on a strong foundation of expertise, dedication, and a passion for the railway industry.
Our journey began in 2001, when our founder, Butch, started his career as a lot attendant at Toyota while beginning his automotive apprenticeship. He later completed his training at Ford, earning his Red Seal Interprovincial License, a certification that set the stage for a career in fleet maintenance and repairs.
For the next 10 years, Butch worked at CN Railway, where he was responsible for maintaining and repairing fleet vehicles across Canada. As Shop Foreman, he not only gained extensive knowledge of hi-rail vehicles but also developed expertise in fleet management and operations.
With years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the unique demands of hi-rail vehicles, Butch saw a need for specialized, high-quality service in the railway industry. This led to the creation of T&B Fleet Services—a company built to provide expert hi-rail installations, inspections, repairs, and fleet maintenance.
